FireWire: Mid-July 2026 Update – Harvest Is Hitting Full Stride
The fields are officially on fire—in the best way possible.
Our superhot pepper plants have shifted into high gear, and we're harvesting fresh peppers daily. This season has already produced some incredible pods, including beautifully gnarly T-Rexx, Hell Benders, Breadwinners, Tiberius Mawlers, and several rare crosses that continue to surprise us with their color, shape, and intensity.
We've also been spotting some fascinating natural mutations in the field, including rare fasciated pods where two peppers develop as a single fruit. These unusual peppers are a reminder that nature is always experimenting, and they're one of the many reasons we love growing such a diverse collection.
On the business side, we're continuing to expand the HellFire Farms website with new product listings, educational content, and behind-the-scenes updates. Our upcoming book is also moving forward, with new chapters focused on building living soil, composting, and the biological systems that help grow healthier, more productive pepper plants—all using the closed-loop organic methods we practice here on the farm.
If you've been thinking about ordering fresh peppers, now is the time. Peak harvest season is underway, and many of our rare varieties are only available for a short window before they're gone for the year.
As always, thank you for supporting a small family farm. Every order helps us continue breeding, growing, and sharing some of the world's most unique peppers.
Stay tuned—there's plenty more heat on the way.
📘 New Release: Superhot Pepper Planting Guide 1/29/26
Our Superhot Pepper Planting Guide is officially live. Created from years of hands-on experience growing extreme heat varieties, this guide walks growers through what truly sets superhots apart from standard peppers—from longer timelines and heat management to soil balance and disease prevention.
This isn’t a generic overview. It’s a practical, experience-driven resource designed to help growers avoid common mistakes, plan their season correctly, and build healthier, more productive plants. Every recommendation reflects the same methods we use on our own farm, refined through trial, failure, and hard-earned success.
Whether you’re growing your first superhot or pushing for heavier yields, this guide was built to support growers who take fire seriously.
This is where we keep you up to speed on everything happening in our little corner of capsaicin chaos: new pepper drops, collabs, grow updates, event announcements, test grower calls, and any spicy chaos we’re cooking up behind the scenes.
If it’s important, exciting, or just too wild not to share, it lands here on Fire Wire. Check back often to see what’s burning next. 🔥🧡
