Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be longer.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected carrier and service level

We currently ship using major carriers such as USPS and FedEx.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

HellFire Farms is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or postal delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Perishable Items (Fresh Peppers)

Fresh peppers are perishable and ship at the buyer’s risk.

By purchasing fresh peppers, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping delays may affect product condition

  • Heat, cold, or transit time can impact freshness

  • Minor cosmetic damage does not qualify as damage

We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping for perishable items.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered” Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery

If an issue occurs, we will assist with carrier claims when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.


International Shipping
